The number of PA forms you have to fill out can vary based on the mix of patient coverage in your area. For LYRICA, more than 65% of patients nationwide with Commercial or Medicare Standard Part D coverage have no PAs or step edits.* Additionally, 90% of the time, patients with Commercial or Medicare coverage fill their LYRICA prescriptions.
